I've had a frustrating experience with this company's customer service. It's been nearly impossible to get in touch with their employees as they don't answer calls or respond to queries promptly. While they are quick to send out billing statements and notifications about delays, it's a different story when you need assistance, particularly from their finance team. It seems like they ignore customer concerns, and this lack of responsiveness is a major drawback. I do not recommend their services.

Think twice before you get a house from this developer. Homeowner here. They turned over my unit without water connection and without electricity. Worse without an occupancy permit that you’ll need to apply for the said necessities and to improve the bare unit. 6 months from turn over date, we just got our occupancy permit and we need to wait for another 6 months for us to have electricity. They have a temporary submeter facility that cant even cook rice using a cooker. They are very unresponsive and dont have any care to their homeowners. Think twice.

When you need help and tried to reach their team nobody is responding and nobody cares. Worst interaction so far. I had to cancel my house but advised what i paid for is all nonrefundable. What the eff? I never signed anything thats says I cant have it. Dealing with them for almost 6 months now and still not resolve. I dont want to give a star anyways but theres that. 😡

Axeia Group is the worst I'm telling you. It's been a year since we moved into our house at TVA2 Dasmariñas and the water fixtures are still not installed. Admin keeps on changing personnel and doesn't know who to refer us to, and clearly doesn't have an idea how to accommodate or who will accommodate us. Many of our neighbors don't have water facilities installed yet too. Head office is also very unresponsive. Couldn't put it in words. Don't ever buy from Axeia group's properties.

1. Admin Staff and the engineers are all very unresponsive or too late to give you updates. Given the situation right now, you need to visit them in their office before they take action to your problem. 2. Units are defective: water leaking, clogged water pipes, unfurnished windows, unfit doors, etc. 3. No adequate water supply. Maynilad or Manila Water is not yet established even though owners are moving in. 4. Electricity is fluctuating. Meralco is also not yet established. 5. No water and electricity yet during the turnover so you do not have the chance to inspect. 6. No garbage collection. You have to throw your garbage to the nearby subdivision. Which is not proper. Aftersales service is very poor. You will not feel they are listening to your concerns. At all.

Worst After-sales! Got a problem with my payments and said process will take 3 months. It's already 7 months and no update yet! House is sub standard. Hard to contact once you had a problem to fix! Don't choose this. It'll be a headache for homeowners!

I give zero star! Don't choose this developer! They are headache to the customers. Rude and unprofessional staff! All hotlines are hard to reach! No coordination! Delay processing period! q
